I had to share this as it is awesome to me! I am sharing with you what the Lovely Ladies of The Mary Sue wrote as they did a better job than I could right now. I am too giddy about it! Thank you Ladies!
Whovians, rejoice! Maybe? According to recent reports, Tom Baker–the fourth incarnation of the Doctor–will return to Doctor Who next year for the big 50th anniversary extravaganza. On the show from 1974 to 1981, Baker is now 78 and, according to admittedly rumory rumors, heis to reprise his role.
One of the reasons to doubt the rumors? Baker has apparently been pretty public in the past about the fact that he thinks Doctor Who ruined his career–although he also admitted it was the “loveliest job [he] ever had.” There’s also the event of the 20th anniversary, in 1983, where Baker refused to return, forcing producers to substitute a wax figure with him during the photocall.
Baker has not been completely closed off to returning to the series, however; he said this on the matter, after all:
I think if they ask me nicely or I can see what they want me to do, I’d consider it. I think the fans have been so good to me, they’d expect me to at least make an appearance.
And now outlet upon outlet are reporting that he will indeed be coming back to Who next season, and we’d be happy to have him back on our screens. We certainly are fans of his scarf.
A Doctor Who insider spilled some beans to the Daily Express:
It will be fitting to have Tom back to mark the 50 years. He was a big part of the show’s success and is much-loved by the fans.
As for the anniversary extravaganza episode(s?) itself, word’s still out on what exactly it will entail. There are other rumors floating around that the episode will also serve as Matt Smith’s last episode as the Doctor, so you can expect plenty of hype to surround it in general.

Inspiration in the most unlikely places
“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child -- our own two eyes. All is a miracle.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh Photo: http:// www.imaginaryfoundation.com /store/mens-t.html
And there is your beautiful thought for today.

Look, they built Sharon Apple!
So I am dating myself by posting this but when I was younger MacCross Plus was a great anime with this singer, Sharon Apple. She was a holigraphic singer who amazed her audiences. And now there is a real version of this in the world.

Montana Beauty ~ Family vacation August 13-17, 2012
Off the grid. Underground. No connections to the interwebs.
This is not quite true... just very limited access.
When my mother-in-law said she wanted to have the family go on a vacation, I was excited to spend time with the family. I knew it would be fun and a relationship building experience. I have enjoyed spending time with Drew's family and this was not that different.
We hiked, took great photos, went to the top of the mountains, played games, slept in and read books. We went to the local mercantile for shopping and then for dinner and music during the week. We wore ourselves out on the second day with a 5 mile hike. I didn't do all of it. I am not in the best of shape and it was a hard hike for me. But the river was beautiful and refreshing. I now have some goals to set for myself, which I am doing. (Go Me!)
Here is a look at the PoleBridge Mercantile:
We were excited to play Muchkin with the family as well as Guillotine! We had fun explaining the game and seeing the giggles at the types of cards that came up. Drew's mom got the SuperMunchkin card and was enjoying stacking all the gear and classes as well as the second race she could have. Yes she kicked butt and won. Drew won Guillotine. It was great to play something we love with people we love.
The cabin was much bigger than I expected. It was at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was amazing. And it also had enough space that the owners had part blocked off for them to stay in if they wanted to while they had visitors.
That is a tiny pic of Drew for perspective of the cabin. I must say I just don't want to be here in the winter. It is too isolated for me. As much as I enjoy the beauty of the area, I am truly a city girl. I will say this is one of my favorite things though:
